Are your ads showing image extensions you don't recognise? If it hasn't scraped them off your website, it's probably from Google My Business, and here's how you switch it off:
In Google Ads, from the Campaign screen, select "Assets" from the left hand menu.
On the right handside, click the 3 little dots menu for "Account Level Automated Assets".
On the right handside again, click the 3 little dots menu for "Advanced Settings".
Expand "Automated Locations" and deselect "Grant Google Ads licence to use merchant photos…"
Save your selection & that's all done.
